2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from The Luxury Wall and to every distance contract concluded between The Luxury Wall and the consumer.
3. Offer and prices
All prices on our website include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on us.
4. Ordering and payment
The agreement is concluded as soon as you have placed the order and the payment has been successfully completed. Payments are processed via the offered payment methods.
5. Delivery
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times are approximate. Exceeding a delivery deadline does not entitle you to compensation. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with us until the moment of delivery to you or a previously designated third party.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The costs of return shipping are at your own expense, unless it concerns an incorrect delivery or a defective product. You can find more information in our return policy.
7. Warranty and complaints
We stand by the quality of our products and apply the statutory warranty of 2 years. If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible via info@the-luxury-wall.com. We will process your complaint within 14 days.
8. Liability
The Luxury Wall is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products or by incorrect actions of the customer. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.
9. Force Majeure
We are not obliged to fulfill obligations if this is impossible due to force majeure (such as strikes, natural disasters, disruptions in transport or communication).
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
