Shipping Policy – ​​The Luxury Wall

1. Processing of orders

  • Orders are usually within 1–3 working days processed after payment is received.

  • During busy periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing time may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight/volume of the order.

  • For orders above a certain amount, free shipping apply. This is clearly stated during checkout.

3. Delivery period

  • Within Belgium and the Netherlands: delivery usually within 2–5 working days after shipment.

  • For other EU countries: delivery within 3–10 working days.

  • For international deliveries outside the EU, delivery times may vary.

4. Tracking your order

  • As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track & trace-link to track your package.

5. Delivery address

  • Ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. Errors in the delivery address may lead to delays or additional costs.

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an address error, any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6. Damage or loss during shipment

  • The Luxury Wall is responsible for your order until it is delivered to you.

  • Did your package arrive damaged or missing? Contact us within 7 days after delivery contact us via info@the-luxury-wall.com so that we can solve this.

7. International shipments & customs

  • For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes or customs costs apply. These costs are always at the expense of the customer.

  • Customs procedures may lead to additional delays.
